Description Sprite Slim Line Shower Filter with Chrome Plastic and 6 month Filter Cartridge. This is the more affordable option to the solid brass Sprite Slimline cartridges.It contains the exact same high-quality KDF / Chlorgon shower cartridge, but it comes with in a chrome plastic housing. Delivers the same filtration at a more affordable price point. The slimline range is slightly more compact than the “High Output” range of shower filters, This is useful when space is at a premium or you prefer a more discrete shower filter. This shower filter can be used on most standard shower arms and roses or hand held showers with 1/2″ fittings. Replacement filters are the Sprite SLC cartridges which reduce chlorine, hydrogen sulphide (rotten egg smell), iron oxides, dirt, sediment and odours. KDF shower cartridges can also help balance pH and provide a bacteriostatic effect, reducing the risk of bacterial growth within the filter media. KDF shower filterrs can dramatically reduce chlorine in the water, which helps people suffering from skin conditions like Eczema, Rosacea or Psoriasis. It reeduces dry irritated and itchy skin, damaged and brittle hair, flaky-itching scalp, redness and burning of the eyes, dizziness after showering. In a shower the chlorine is vaporized and inhaled into the lungs where it is transported directly into the blood system and transported throughout the body.
