Description VH3-HC351 Head filter kit by 3M™ This conversion kit includes of a 3M™ VH3 filter head and 3M™ HC351-S. Used to replace older filters and systems that have been discontinued including: SLC-230-1C RV Snap-seal systems Aquaport twin systems The 3M™ HC351-S has a fine sediment screen wrap around a 1 micron carbon block filter. HC351-S filters will reduce: Sediment, including Dirt, Rust, Sand, Silt, and Algae Scale Chlorine and Chloramines Chemicals including many types of pesticides, herbicides and insecticides Bad Taste and Odours Cyst parasites, including Cryptosporidium, Giardia and Cyclospora. Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) Petrochemicals Contains scale inhibitor media which will help protect kettles and coffee machines from scale build up. Simple filter replacement by turning the filter a 1/4 turn to the left and pulling down. Built in water shut off valve in the head makes filter changes as easy as changing a light bulb. This system can be used with either 3/8″ or 1/4″ high pressure tubing. The VH3 head has 3/8″ Tube fittings in place and there are two 1/4″ Tube adaptors included. Also available with the CWFAP9300 after market 1 micron filter in the product options. 3M™ HC351-S Features Delicious clean water The HC351-S does a fantastic job of removing bad tastes and odours from water, making drinking water a more enjoyable experience. Sanitary Quick Change System One of the best reasons to install a 3M™ Undersink Conversion Kit is that the VH3 head uses 3M’s™ Sanitary Quick Change system with auto water-shutoff . All you need to do is twist the filter from right to left, to remove it. The head will automatically stop the water flow as soon as soon as the filter disengages from the head. Watermark Certified Both the 3M™ VH3 and 3M™ HC351 Watermark certified, which means they comply with Australian standards. 3M™ HC351-S Specifications Overall height with the cartridge in the head is 305mm x 85mm wide.
